BWT - on a growth path in 2010

In the year 2010, with 2,820 employees in 51 group companies, consolidated Group sales of BWT grew by 15.0 % to € 460.7 million. EBIT rose by 17.4 % to € 31.5 million. Earnings per share remained unchanged at € 1.32. This confirms the preliminary figures given already at the end of February.

 

Andreas Weissenbacher, CEO, says: “We will propose our shareholders an unchanged dividend of € 0.40 per share – despite the biggest investment programme in the company´s history of € 75 million. Due to the investments especially in Austria and Germany as well as for launching the brand BWT we expect net income of the current year to decline to € 18 million.”
