For Planet Blue.

Sustainable water treatment protects the world's reserves

The volume of water on earth – all of our blue planet – is limited.

Of the roughly 1,386 million cubic kilometres of water available on earth, almost all is salt water in oceans, seas, salt lakes and aquifers below the oceans. Of the 2.5 % of fresh water, more than two thirds is contained in glaciers, snow, ice and permafrost surfaces. Only 0.8 % of global water bodies is usable drinking water in the form of surface water such as rivers, lakes and ground water.

With our innovative, sustainable water treatment solutions we are capable of treating 98.5 % of these globally limited water reserves on “Planet Blue“ and of securing optimal water quality for our customers in each and every area of application.
