Our customers include wholesalers, plumbers, architects, planners and a large number of businesses and industrial companies from virtually all branches of industry as well as municipalities (e.g. hospitals).
We generate 98% of our sales in Europe. An important indicator for BWT is the regular measurement and analysis of customer satisfaction which has shown a stable, positive outlook at a high level in recent years. Quality management in accordance with ISO 9001 (in Germany also in accordance with ISO 14001) is implemented at the largest sites of the Group and in the process of being implemented in the rapidly expanding Group.
A systematic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system has also been installed in France and Germany and is in the pipeline for other locations.
